First of all, let me explain the name I choose for my model.
So far all the women I met for Body Calligraphy were already contacts on Instagram, and therefore I always used their IG nick as a name.

覆面【ふくめん】(Fukumen) used as a verb, means to mask/veil/disguise - as a name it is closer to anonymous, unmarked, incognito.

Because this time my model opted to remain … double incognito, without not even a connection to her Instagram account.
I had actually already bought a mask precisely for these cases, even before meeting my first model. It happens to be a Fox Mask: I just looked for something nice and possibly somehow "Eastern" in style.

As usual I asked Juju, my calligraphy teacher, for help.
Not only she provided me with a nice calligraphy to use as a model, but in this particular case she also suggested the perfect Haiku for the occasion:

あきかぜに狐のお面被て出むや - 三橋鷹女

[I'm going out in the autumn wind wearing a fox's mask] (Takahime Mitsuhashi)

Preparation Phase

Fukumen was quite happy with the idea, so we quickly agreed on writing the haiku on her back, while I would draw just (fox) on her belly.

One of the many wondrous gift I received …
My mistery lady was very generous when greeting me, and she gifted me with a fantastic fan, she even had it engraved with one of my "artist names" from one of my hankos.
Once again, I kept training until the very moment I would meet my model.

As explained in the previous "episode", I had some problems with the tiny size of Japanese apartments: please ignore the plate and on the wall and just focus on my gorgeous model here.

I was so grateful for her gorgeous gift that I decided at the last minute to have it feature somehow in the session too…
