YATTS: Yet Another Traveller Task System

Here is my stab at replacing the Task System published in the T4 rulebook with something which gives more consistent results.
It is based on a 2d6 roll and is somewhat inspired by the T2300/MT system, but with simpler and (I hope) faster mechanics.
I've tried to cover all the uses of the original T4 system (opposed rolls, multiple combat actions and so on) and I have included stricter rules for experience advancement.
To be honest, Yatts is harsher on characters, as a rule. Well, if you want Star Wars, you know where you can find it...
